Greetings fellow enthusiasts, drivers, builders, and welcome to the Rampage Fab blog! Ive never blogged before but I'm pretty sure that I just tell you about all the exciting new stuff we are doing. But first a little about myself for those less familiar...My name is Gabe Watson and I am the founder of Rampage Fabrication & Design, I am also the lead Fabricator and TIG welding Specialist. I have been building and racing things with and without wheels since I could ride a bike, however around the age of 14 is when I began to turn my focus towards this ancient sand rail we had sitting in the back yard. Long story short, got it going tip top and then it was onto building e30s for years after that and not much has changed since!
I started Rampage Fab back up about 6 months after leaving Speedfactory because after toying with some other ideas and possibilites, there was just too much I didnt know about building cars to just move on. I wasnt done yet. So I started to tool back up and put the word out that we would be open to the public once again. But I didnt have a direction that i wanted to run with right away, after a lot of plotting and discussion I said to myself "Better just do what youve been saying would be smart and get that GT-R". So that happened and pretty much brings us up to about 3 months ago.
In the last 3 months I have spent as much time and energy as I have been able to devote to the GT-R in an effort to develop some new products for Rampage and bring those to market. Right now we have finished the Race Intercooler, Titanium charge pipe kit, Titanium Intake kit, and a Triple Combination expansion/overflow/catch can.
Moving into the Summer season, Ill be working on the dual 3" titanium exhaust, and something else that I am very excited to bring to market...the worlds first Intercooler with Carbon Fiber end tanks! More on that one later, I will try to post some updates weekly for everyone that wants to check in on our progress! Thank you to everyone that has supported the Rampage dream up to this point, we could not do it with out all of your help in spreading the good word. Cheers! -Gabe
